There’s a Thermo Scientific screw top vial for every HPLC, GC, MS instrument, application, and budget. Our screw top clear and amber glass vials and plastic screw top vials are available in 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, and 13mm screw threads. The most commonly used vials are 9mm, 12x32mm screw thread vials.
Aijiren A-Line certified 2 mL screw top vials are constructed from from Type 1 borosilicate glass, with low metal content, to protect your sample from destabilizing or leaching. The associated 9 mm screw caps and closures are available with septa constructed from either PTFE silicone or natural red rubber.
Compatible with all 9 mm screw-thread vials. Molded, 10-mil, solid pierceable cap. PTFE-free—ideal for PFAS analysis (e.g., EPA 537) and other PFAS-sensitive methods. Note: Polypropylene vials and caps prevent sample contamination from PTFE coated septa. However, since polypropylene caps do not reseal, evaporation occurs after injection.
